While we do our very best to arrive at the scheduled time all appointment times are approximate, please allow a two hour arrival window. For example, if you book a 8:00am appointment we will arrive between 8 & 10 am.
All work is COD & payment is expected at the time of service. We do not bill or invoice residential customers. We accept Checks, Credit Cards, & cash.

Existing equipment:
We do Not guarantee or stand behind your existing equipment. Many times were able to adjust older sprinkler heads, controllers, etc, however we cannot guarantee that these components will hold the adjustment after we leave. If a head looses adjustment, a controller loses its schedule, or any other existing equipment should fail after we leave another service call would apply plus the cost of any new material installed. It's impossible to know how long old equipment may last, many components we adjust will provide several years of reliable service, occasionally however some will fail within a short time of being adjusted. We know this is frustrating, much like taking your car in for service or having your Homes AC unit serviced and something else happens to another unrelated component in a short period of time. Like other service & repair trades it is customary to charge for repairs on items we did not install that have failed.
Service call fee $75.00
This fee is charged each time we come out to the property & covers the first hour of labor used to diagnose the system. The service call fee is not applied to the cost of any repairs needed on the system. The service call fee is simply $75.00 for the first hour. Many items are flat rate priced such as changing sprinkler heads, $29.99+ each and include all additional labor in the price. However some items such as leak search, valve locating, and major repairs such as repairing broken pipes are billed by the hour. We will not exceed the $75 cost without first notifying you and getting your approval.
New equipment purchased from & installed by us:
All of our equipment comes with a 2 to 5 year manufacturer warranty that covers the cost of the part should it fail from normal wear & tare during the warranty term. We stand behind the products that we use and offer a 30 day labor warranty which covers the cost of the service call and replacement of the part should it fail from normal wear and tear within 30 days of being installed. After 30 days another service call fee would apply, however there would be no cost for the part while covered under the manufacture warranty.
